NOTICE OF COLLECTION—CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

Terms herein are defined in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, Civil Code §1798.100 et seq. (CCPA) or applicable regulations thereunder.

Any Personal Information gathered, regardless of means, are used solely for business and commercial purposes in accordance with the categories designated below. Such Personal Information shall aid Company in improving the Services and Ancillary Services for Participant, specifically to customize the opportunities presented to Participant. Such opportunities may include, but are not limited to, promotions, advertisements, shopping tasks, discounts, offers, surveys, task-related videos, activities (online/offline), and other activities that may result in financial incentive, monetary benefit, or other valuable consideration. Personal Information gathered from Participant’s engagement into the various opportunities may result in the sharing of such Personal Information with Third Parties which may include, but are not limited to, marketing and research firms, advertising agencies, internet service providers, data analytics providers, government entities, operating systems and platforms, social media access portals, and consumer data resellers from time to time for our or for such service provider’s or third party’s business or commercial purposes.

Starting January 1, 2021, and updated each year thereafter (if and as required by the CCPA), Company shall publish a summary of statistical data pertaining to the following categories of California-resident consumer privacy requests:
A) “Requests to Know”,
B) “Requests to Delete”, and
C) “Requests to Opt-Out of Sale”.

Published statistical data shall include:
1) the number of requests Company received in each category of California-resident consumer privacy request,
2) the number such requests Company has complied within (in whole or in part),
3) the number of such requests denied by Company and
4) the median number of days within which such requests were responded to

TERMS ARE DEFINED AS FOLLOWS:

Personal Identification: Name, Physical Attributes, Residential/Commercial Address, Contact numbers, signature, social security number, passport number, State Identification Numbers, Driver’s License, Insurance Information, Health Information, Employment Information, Banking Information, credit/debit card numbers, or any other financial information.

Protected Classifications: Sexual Orientation, National Origin, Gender Identification, Religious Orientation, and Race.

Commercial Information: Purchase Activities (Products/Services), Consumer History, Consumer Tendencies, Personal Property Records.

Biometric, Auditory,
Olfactory and
Similar Information: Characteristics used to establish a Participant’s identity through physiological, biological, or behavioral means which may include, but is not limited to, facial recognition and imagery, voice recognition and recordings, type and keystroke recordation and pattern, Health/Exercise data, sleep rhythms, or other sense-oriented information.

Network and Internet: Browser type, browsing history, search history, interactive history, cookies (persistent and session), application engagement, time duration on the website, and click activity via advertisement, marketing, or otherwise.

Geolocation: Physical location, geographical information, dynamic changes in current and historical physical location which may include, but is not limited to, country, state, city, zip code, address and/or geolocational position over time.

Employment: Industry designations, Income brackets, Professional Associations, Employment History, and other professional information.

Education: Status of degree, educational completion level, field(s) of study, expertise, accreditation, and graduation years.

Personal Inference: Profiled and inferred Personal Information, to derive Participant’s consumer preferences, purchasing and preference characteristics, personal trends (psychological, behavioral, and otherwise), intelligence measures, aptitudes, emotional quotients, academic and physical abilities, or other predispositions.
