7. Choose your seat wisely
If you are trying to get a solid chunk of sleep while you are on the flight opting for a window seat is always a good idea. You won’t ever have the person sitting next to you wake you up when they need to get past to go to the bathroom.
8. Skip caffeine
Duh. Caffeine is a stimulant and will keep you awake and definitely make it harder to sleep. Try to avoid any caffeine for at least 5 hours before you indent to fall asleep.
