5. Use an eye mask
It’s much harder to sleep when there is a lot of light. If you are taking a daytime flight using an eye mask to block light from reaching your eyes is a great trick to help fall asleep and sleep longer on a plane.
6. Buckle your seatbelt over the blanket
There is nothing more disappointing than being woken up by a flight attendant checking to see if you have your seatbelt on since you had it on under your blanket.
